As a part of the Government of Gujarat’s initiative to ensure quality education of students in Government schools and to increase awareness for quality in the education community, the government carries out ‘Gunotsav’ a quality improvement programme in which students are assessed every year since 2009. Since 2011, EI has been involved in supporting the existing Gunotsav programme for 33,900 primary schools in Gujarat. The programme has also been extended to cover 20000 Secondary schools. For the project, EI develops questions and analyse the data for Gunotsav assessment by teachers (school self assessment) and by officers (officer carried out assessment). In addition, detailed diagnostic assessment of learning levels are carried out on a sample basis by trained evaluators 26 districts for classes 3, 5, 7 and 9, in order to gather scientifically validated learning achievement data. Research into student misconceptions are done through student interviews .Schools undergoing remedial program across the state are monitored by EI trainers on a sample basis to check their efficacy. A series of capacity building workshops for state and district personnel to develop latest skills in building and using student assessments, post analysis and dissemination workshops for teachers to understand the insights from the data and incorporate the information in classroom practices are part of the project.

આ વાયરસ jepg, gif, xls, word જેવા અનેક ફોર્મેટ મા લીંક અપ થઇ તમારી સિસ્ટમ પર આવી શકે છે.
આ વાયરસ તમારી સિસ્ટમ ની અમુક ફાઇલ - ફોલ્ડર જે તમે રોજ યુઝ કરતા હો છો તે શોધે છે તે માટે ફ્રીક્વન્ટલી યુઝ્ડ ફાઇલ અને લાસ્ટ મોડીફાઇડ ફાઇલ ચેક કરે છે અને પછી અંતે તે ફાઇલ નું ફોરમેટ ચેન્જ કરી નાંખે છે અને જેથી તમે જો તે ફાઇલ ફરી થી ઓપન કરવા જાઓ તો યા તો શોધી શકતા નથી યા તો ખોલી શકતા નથી.
અમુક અમુક વખતે આવી ફ્રીક્વન્ટલી યુઝ્ડ ફાઇલ અને લાસ્ટ મોડીફાઇડ ફાઇલો ને આ વાયરસ માલવેર બનાવી દે છે જેથી તમે જ્યારે તે ઓપન કરવા પ્રયત્ન કરો ત્યારે વાયરસ ચાલુ થઇ જાય.
હવે આપની સ્ક્ીન પર રેનસમ નો મેસેજ આવે છે જે કહે છે ૫ દિવસમાં આટલા રુપિયા (બીટકોઇન) આપો અને આપનો ડેટા પાછો મેળવો. નિર્ધારિત સમયમાં બીટકોઇન ન આપનાર પાસે થી વધુ બીટકોઇન ની માંગણી થાય છે. જે પુર્ણ ન થતા આપણે આપણો ડેટા સંપુર્ણ પણે ગુમાવવો પડે છે.
આવુ ન થાય તે માટે
- પેન ડ્રાઇવ નો ઉપયોગ ટાળો
- અજાણ્યા લોકો નો ઇમેઇલ ચેક ન કરો
- જાણીતા વ્યક્તિઓ પાસે થી આવેલ નવિન પ્રકારના વિષયો વાળા ઇ મેઇલ ને અવગણી નાખો.
- નવી વેબસાઇટો સર્ફ કરવાનું ટાળો
- રોજ નું રોજ બેકઅપ લો
- ઓનલાઇન બેકઅપ પર પુરો ભરોષો ન રાખો
- અગત્યના ડેટા સાચવતી સિસ્ટમ નેટ કનેક્શન રાખવું જરુરી ન હોય તો ન રાખો.
- લોભામણી વોટ્સએપ પોસ્ટ વિચાર્યા વગર ક્લીક ન કરો.
- રેનસમ વાયરસ જો તમારા કોમ્યુટર મા આવે તો તે કોમ્યુટર તુરંત બીજી સીસ્ટમ થી અલગ કરી નાખો.
- વિશ્વાસ પાત્ર વાયરસ કંટ્રોલ સોફ્ટવેર રાખો અને તેને હંમેશ ઓન રાખો

આવુ ન થાય તે માટે

HTAT RESULTS ANALYSIS DECLARED ONLY 5.52 % pass
In accordance with the provisions of sub-section (1) of Section 23 of the RTE Act, the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) had vide Notification dated 23 August 2010 and 29 July 2011 laid down the minimum qualifications for a person to be eligible for appointment as a teacher in classes I to VIII. It had been inter alia provided that one of the essential qualifications for a person to be eligible for appointment as a teacher in any of the schools referred to in clause (n) of section 2 of the RTE Act is that he/she should pass the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) which will be conducted by the appropriate Government in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE. The examination is tough with qualification rates of 1% to 14% in the exams held so far.
CBSE conducts CTET twice in a year.[5] CTET 2016 exam is going to conduct on 21 February 2016 and 18 September 2016. CTET scores will release in March 2016 for CTET Feb and in October for CTET Sept. Approximately 9 lac applicants appear for the examination.
The rationale for including the TET as a minimum qualification for a person to be eligible for appointment as a teacher is as under:
- It would bring national standards and benchmark of teacher quality in the recruitment process;
- It would induce teacher education institutions and students from these institutions to further improve their performance standards;
- It would send a positive signal to all stakeholders that the Government lays special emphasis on teacher quality
The Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India has entrusted the responsibility of conducting the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) to the Central Board of Secondary Education
